Tony has been practising insurance litigation, acting for insurers, claims managers and defendants since 1999.
Tony has worked alongside Patrick and David since the commencement of his professional career. Over the past 10 years Tony has handled claims in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, the New South Wales Court of Appeal, the High Court of Australia, Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, Industrial Relations Commission and Chief Industrial Magistrates Court.
Tony has considerable experience appearing in Court, particularly in contesting interlocutory matters, and is adept in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as informal settlement conferences, mediations and arbitrations
