Patrick has completed a Bachelor of Business (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) at UTS in Sydney in 2009. He completed his law degree with an exchange semester at Uppsala Universitet in Sweden, undertaking further studies in Jurisprudence and legal/judicial reasoning.

Patrick began work with Thompson Cooper in May 2008 and was admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2010.

Patrick is also an avid road cyclist and competes in the Elite division of State level races across NSW and the ACT.
